Abstract:
(EN) The problem addressed by the invention is that of eliminating the disadvantages of the use of algae (taste and odor) by adding natural products. Surprisingly, this was found by means of a new chocolate creation, the positive properties of cocoa for the human body additionally being utilized. The chocolate-based food supplement consists in a basic mass of 100 g of 0 to 55 g cocoa mass, 5 to 47 g sugar and/or sugar substitutes, 0 to 28 g cocoa butter, 0 to 25 g milk powder, 0 to 5 g nuts/almonds, 0 to 25 g fruit, and 1 to 10 g roughage, bound water and/or lecithin. Algae (spirulina and/or AFA and/or chlorella), acerola, amaranth and fruit are added. The mixture ratio, relative to 100 g, is composed as follows: 50 to 75 g basic mass, 5 to 25 g algae (spirulina and/or AFA and/or chlorella), 0.5 to 5 g acerola, 0 to 15 g amaranth, and 0 to 25 g fruit, vegetables, kernels, seeds, teas, grasses, and/or spices.
(FR) L'objectif de cette invention est de supprimer les inconvénients que présente l'utilisation d'algues (goût et odeur) grâce à un mélange de produits naturels. Cette découverte a été faite de façon inattendue lors de la création d'un nouveau chocolat, les propriétés positives du cacao sur le corps humain étant en outre utilisées. Ce complément alimentaire à base de chocolat comprend le mélange suivant : une matière de base de 100 g, entre 0 et 55 g de pâte de cacao, entre 5 et 47 g de sucre et/ou d'édulcorant, entre 0 et 28 g de beurre de cacao, entre 0 et 25 g de lait en poudre, entre 0 et 5 g de noix/amandes, entre 0 et 25 g de fruit, et entre 1 et 10 g de fibres, de l'eau liée et/ou de la lécithine, des algues (spiruline et/ou AFA et/ou chlorelle), de l'acérola, de l'amarante et une quantité de fruit. Sur 100 g, le rapport de mélange est le suivant : entre 50 et 75 g de matière de base, entre 5 et 25 g d'algues (spiruline et/ou AFA et/ou chlorelle), entre 0,5 et 5 g d'acélora, entre 0 et 15 g d'amarante, entre 0 et 25 g de fruit, légumes, graines, thés, herbes et/ou épices.
(DE) Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es die Nachteile der Verwendung von Algen (Geschmack und Geruch) durch Beimischung von Naturprodukten zu beseitigen. Überraschend wurde dies durch eine neue Schokoladenkreation gefunden, wobei zusätzlich die positiven Eigenschaften von Kakao auf den menschlichen Körper genutzt werden. Das Nahrungsergänzungsmittel auf Schokoladenbasis besteht in eine Grundmasse von 100 g aus, 0 bis 55 g Kakaomasse, 5 bis 47 g Zucker und/oder Zuckerersatzstoffe, 0 bis 28 g Kakaobutter, 0 bis 25 g Milchpulver, 0 bis 5 g Nüsse/Mandeln, 0 bis 25 g Frucht, und 1 bis 10 g Ballaststoffe, gebundenes Wasser und/oder Lecithin, Algen (Spirulina und/oder Afa und/oder Chlorella), Acerola, Amaranth und Frucht beigemischt sind, wobei das Mischungsverhältnis bezogen auf 100 g sich wie folgt zusammensetzt, 50 bis 75 g Grundmasse, 5 bis 25 g Algen (Spirulina und/oder Afa und/oder Chlorella), 0,5 bis 5 g Acerola, 0 bis 15 g Amaranth, und 0 bis 25 g Frucht Gemüse, Kerne, Samen, Tees, Gräser und/oder Gewürze.
