Disclosed are a wireless communication method and a wireless communication device. The wireless communication device comprises a processing circuit, wherein the processing circuit is configured to: detect broadcast information on a specific subchannel in an unlicensed frequency band; and broadcast time information on the specific subchannel when the broadcast information cannot be successfully detected, wherein the time the occupation of the specific subchannel by the wireless communication device ends can be determined according to the time information.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de communication sans fil. Le dispositif de communication sans fil comprend un circuit de traitement, le circuit de traitement étant configuré pour : détecter des informations de diffusion sur un sous-canal spécifique dans une bande de fréquences sans licence; et diffuser des informations de temps sur le sous-canal concerné lorsque les informations de diffusion ne peuvent pas être détectées avec succès, dès lors que le moment où l'occupation du sous-canal par la communication sans fil se termine peut être déterminé grâce à l'information de temps.
