Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a thiourea copolymer heat stabilizer and a preparation method therefor. The heat stabilizer is prepared from 4-(3-benzoyl thiourea)phenylacrylate monomers and acrylamide N heterocyclic derivative monomers by means of radical copolymerization. The structural general formula of the thiourea copolymer heat stabilizer is , wherein R is selected from one of , , and ; the polymerization degree X is 300-500; and the polymerization degree Y is 600-1000. The thiourea copolymer heat stabilizer is a macromolecule copolymer and is environment-friendly; the special disubstituted thiourea structure can easily substitute unstable chlorine atoms on polyvinyl chloride chains in the processing process to form a stable structure; the formation of conjugated systems is reduced; azomthine groups and alkaline N heterocyclic groups in molecular side chains can rapidly absorb the generated hydrogen chloride, inhibit the self-catalysis effect of hydrogen chloride and improve heat stability of polyvinyl chloride; the ester group in the molecular structure has a lubrication effect. The thiourea copolymer heat stabilizer can increase the lubrication performance of polyvinyl chloride in the processing process, improve the compatibility of the polyvinyl chloride, and is a novel heat stabilizer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un stabilisateur thermique de copolymère de thiourée et son procédé de préparation. Le stabilisateur thermique est préparé à partir de monomères de 4-(3-benzoylthiourée)phénylacrylate et de monomères dérivés N-hétérocycliques d'acrylamide par copolymérisation radicalaire. La formule générale structurale du stabilisateur thermique de copolymère de thiourée est , où R est choisi parmi , , et ; le degré de polymérisation X est compris entre 300 et 500 ; et le degré de polymérisation Y est compris entre 600 et 1000. Le stabilisateur thermique de copolymère de thiourée est un copolymère macromoléculaire et est respectueux de l'environnement ; la structure de thiourée disubstituée spéciale peut facilement remplacer des atomes de chlore instables sur des chaînes de chlorure de polyvinyle dans le processus de traitement pour former une structure stable ; la formation de systèmes conjugués est réduite ; les groupements azomthine et les groupements N-hétérocycliques alcalins dans des chaînes latérales moléculaires peuvent absorber rapidement le chlorure d'hydrogène généré, inhiber l'effet d'auto-catalyse du chlorure d'hydrogène et améliorer la stabilité thermique du polychlorure de vinyle ; le groupement ester dans la structure moléculaire a un effet de lubrification. Le stabilisateur thermique de copolymère de thiourée peut augmenter la performance de lubrification du polychlorure de vinyle dans le processus de traitement, améliorer la compatibilité du polychlorure de vinyle, et constitue un nouveau stabilisateur thermique.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种硫脲类共聚物热稳定剂及其制备方法,该热稳定剂是由4-(3-苯甲酰基硫脲基)苯基丙烯酸酯单体和丙烯酰胺N杂环衍生物单体通过自由基共聚反应制得,其结构通式为:其中,R为中的一种,聚合度X为300~500,聚合度Y为600~1000。该硫脲类共聚物热稳定剂为高分子共聚物,环境友好,其特有的二取代硫脲结构在加工过程中易取代聚氯乙烯链上的不稳定氯原子,形成稳定结构,减少共轭体系的形成,分子侧链中含有的亚胺基和碱性N杂环基团,可快速吸收产生的氯化氢,抑制氯化氢的自催化作用,提高聚氯乙烯的热稳定性,分子结构中的酯基具有润滑作用,加工过程中可提高聚氯乙烯的润滑性能,增强与聚氯乙烯的相容性,是一类新型热稳定剂。
