Abstract:
(EN) A touch substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, an in-cell touch panel, and a touch display method. The touch substrate comprises a base substrate (201), a first insulating layer (203), a transmission line (205) and a common electrode (204). The first insulating layer is arranged on the base substrate (201); a groove (210) extending along a first direction is arranged on the first insulating layer (203); the transmission line (205) is arranged in the groove (210) and is used for transmitting an electrical signal; and the common electrode (204) overlaps with and is electrically connected to the transmission line (205). An in-cell touch display apparatus using the touch substrate can avoid poor display resulting from that one end of a pixel electrode is raised by a transmission line, and can reduce the resistance of a signal conduction circuit and improve the speed of signal transmission.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un substrat tactile et sur son procédé de fabrication, sur un panneau tactile intracellulaire et sur un procédé d'affichage tactile. Le substrat tactile comprend un substrat de base (201), une première couche isolante (203), une ligne de transmission (205) et une électrode commune (204). La première couche isolante est disposée sur le substrat de base (201) ; une rainure (210) s'étendant dans une première direction est disposée sur la première couche isolante (203) ; la ligne de transmission (205) est disposée dans la rainure (210) et est utilisée pour transmettre un signal électrique ; et l'électrode commune (204) chevauche la ligne de transmission (205) et est raccordée électriquement à cette dernière. Un appareil d'affichage tactile intracellulaire utilisant le substrat tactile peut éviter un mauvais affichage résultant de l'élévation d'une extrémité d'une électrode de pixel par une ligne de transmission et peut réduire la résistance d'un circuit de conduction de signal et améliorer la vitesse de transmission de signal.
(ZH) 一种触控基板及其制作方法、内嵌式触控面板、触控显示方法,该触控基板包括衬底基板(201)、第一绝缘层(203)、传输线(205)和公共电极(204)。第一绝缘层设置于所述衬底基板(201)上,在第一绝缘层(203)上设有沿第一方向延伸的沟槽(210),传输线(205)设置于所述沟槽(210)内且用于传输电信号,公共电极(204)与传输线(205)重叠并电连接。采用该触控基板的内嵌式触控显示装置,可避免因像素电极的一端被传输线垫高而导致的显示不良,并且可降低信号传导电路的电阻,提高信号传输速度。
