Abstract:
(EN) An OLED display device and an OLED compensation circuit. The OLED compensation circuit comprises a first thin film transistor (T1), a second thin film transistor (T2), a third thin film transistor (T3), a fourth thin film transistor (T4), a fifth thin film transistor (T5), a sixth thin film transistor (T6), a first capacitor (C1), and a second capacitor (C2). The compensation circuit only needs to provide scan signals and light emitting signals, so that the circuit can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage DELO et un circuit de compensation DELO. Un circuit de compensation DELO comprend un premier transistor à couches minces (T1), un deuxième transistor à couches minces (T2), un troisième transistor à couches minces (T3), un quatrième transistor à couches minces (T4), un cinquième transistor à couches minces (T5) et un sixième transistor à couches minces (T6), un premier condensateur (C1) et un second condensateur (C2). Le circuit de compensation a seulement besoin de fournir des signaux de balayage et des signaux d'émission de lumière, de telle sorte que le circuit peut être simplifié et le coût peut être réduit.
