Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedical materials, especially to a preparation method for a graft-modified xanthan gum nano-sized microgel: firstly preparing N,N-bis(acryloyl)cystamine, and then carrying out graft polymerization and crosslinking reactions on xanthan gum with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and N,N-bis(acryloyl)cystamine, preparing and obtaining a graft-modified xanthan gum polymer, and forming a polymer nano-sized microgel in an aqueous solution. The graft polymerization of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid onto xanthan gum can increase the drug-loading capability of the xanthan gum nano-sized microgel. The reductive sensitivity of the nano-sized microgel is imparted by the introduction of a disulfide bond. The nano-sized microgel of the present invention has a good biocompatibility and is degradable in vivo, and is anticipated to be used as an anti-cancer drug carrier and to be used in a controlled-release manner.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des matériaux biomédicaux, en particulier un procédé de préparation d'un microgel de taille nanométrique de gomme xanthane modifiée par greffage qui comprend tout d'abord la préparation de N,N-bis(acryloyl)cystamine, puis la mise en oeuvre de réactions de polymérisation par greffage et de réticulation sur la gomme de xanthane avec de l'acide 2-acrylamido-2-méthylpropane sulfonique et de la N,N-bis (acryloyl)cystamine, la préparation et l'obtention d'un polymère de gomme xanthane modifié par greffage, et la formation d'un microgel de taille nanométrique polymère dans une solution aqueuse. La polymérisation par greffage de l'acide 2-acrylamido-2-méthylpropane sulfonique sur la gomme xanthane peut augmenter la capacité de charge de médicament du microgel de taille nanométrique de gomme xanthane. La sensibilité réductrice du microgel de taille nanométrique est conférée par l'introduction d'une liaison disulfure. Le microgel de taille nanométrique de la présente invention présente une bonne biocompatibilité et est dégradable in vivo, et est prévu pour être utilisé en tant que support de médicament contre le cancer et pour être utilisé dans le cadre d'une libération contrôlée.
(ZH) 本发明涉及生物医用材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种接枝改性黄原胶纳米微凝胶的制备方法:首先制备N,N-双(丙烯酰基)胱胺,然后将黄原胶与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和N,N-双(丙烯酰基)胱胺进行接枝聚合及交联反应,制备得到接枝改性黄原胶聚合物,在水溶液中形成聚合物纳米微凝胶。将2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸接枝聚合到黄原胶上,可增加黄原胶纳米微凝胶的载药性;通过双硫键的引入,赋予纳米微凝胶的还原敏感性。本发明的纳米微凝胶生物相容性好,可在体内降解,有望作为抗癌药物载体及控制释放应用。
