Abstract
(EN) A stable transformer, comprising a housing (1), a magnetic core (2), a coil, and copper sheets (4). The magnetic core is provided in the housing; the copper sheets are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the magnetic core; cooling fins (5) are provided at the two sides of the magnetic core; the cooling fins are mounted on a base (7); the base is mounted in the housing; an inner wall of the housing is provided with an insulating layer (6). The transformer is simple in structure and safe and convenient to use, and improves the heat radiation effect. The additionally provided copper sheets can effectively solve the problem of short circuit of the transformer and improves the stability; the additionally provided insulating layer improves the safety of the transformer during use.
(FR) L'invention concerne un transformateur stable, comprenant un boîtier (1), un noyau magnétique (2), une bobine et des feuilles de cuivre (4). Le noyau magnétique est disposé dans le boîtier; les feuilles de cuivre sont disposées aux extrémités supérieure et inférieure du noyau magnétique; des ailettes de refroidissement (5) sont disposées sur les deux côtés du noyau magnétique; les ailettes de refroidissement sont montées sur une base (7); la base est montée dans le boîtier; une paroi interne du boîtier est pourvue d'une couche isolante (6). Le transformateur présente une structure simple et est sûr et pratique à utiliser, et améliore l'effet de rayonnement thermique. Les feuilles de cuivre fournies de manière additionnelle peuvent résoudre efficacement le problème du court-circuit du transformateur et améliorer la stabilité; la couche isolante fournie de manière additionnelle améliore la sécurité du transformateur au cours de l'utilisation.
(ZH) 一种稳定型变压器,包括壳体(1)、磁芯(2)、线圈和铜片(4),壳体内设置有磁芯,磁芯上下两端设置有铜片,位于磁芯的两侧设置有散热片(5),散热片安装在基座(7)上,基座安装在壳体内,壳体内壁设有绝缘层(6)。该变压器结构简单,使用安全方便,提高了散热效果。添加的铜片,能有效的解决变压器短路的问题,提高了稳定性,增加的绝缘层,提高了变压器在使用过程中的安全性。
