Abstract:
(EN) A safe transformer structure, comprising a casing (1), a magnetic core (2), a coil (3), and copper plates (4). The magnetic core (2) is disposed in the casing (1), the coil (3) is sleeved around the magnetic core (2), and the copper plates (4) are disposed at both sides of the coil (3). Heat sinks (5) are provided at both sides of the magnetic core (2), the heat sinks (5) are mounted on a base (7), the base (7) is mounted in the casing (1), and the inner wall of the casing (1) is provided with an insulating layer (6). The transformer has a simple structure and is safe and convenient to use. The adopted heat sinks (5) can effectively improve heat dissipation, the added copper plates (4) and the coil (3) can effectively address the problem of short circuits of the transformer and improve stability, and the added insulating layer improves the safety of the transformer during use.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure sûre de transformateur, comprenant une enceinte (1), un noyau magnétique (2), une bobine (3), et des plaques de cuivre (4). Le noyau magnétique (2) est disposé dans l'enceinte (1), la bobine (3) est gainée autour du noyau magnétique (2), et les plaques de cuivre (4) sont disposées de part et d'autre de la bobine (3). Des dissipateurs thermiques (5) sont disposés de part et d'autre du noyau magnétique (2), les dissipateurs thermiques (5) sont montés sur une base (7), la base (7) est montée dans l'enceinte (1), et la paroi intérieure de l'enceinte (1) comporte une couche isolante (6). Le transformateur a une structure simple et il est sûr et pratique à utiliser. Les dissipateurs thermiques (5) adoptés peuvent améliorer efficacement la dissipation thermique, les plaques de cuivre (4) ajoutées et la bobine (3) peuvent résoudre efficacement le problème de courts-circuits du transformateur et améliorer la stabilité, et la couche isolante ajoutée améliore la sécurité du transformateur au cours de l'utilisation.
(ZH) 一种安全型变压器结构,包括壳体(1)、磁芯(2)、线圈(3)和铜片(4),壳体(1)内设置有磁芯(2),磁芯(2)上套有线圈(3),线圈(3)两侧设置有铜片(4),位于磁芯(2)的两侧设置有散热片(5),散热片(5)安装在基座(7)上,基座(7)安装在壳体(1)内,壳体(1)内壁设有绝缘层(6)。上述变压器结构简单,使用安全方便,采用的散热片(5),能有效的提高散热效果,添加的铜片(4)和线圈(3),能有效的解决变压器短路的问题,提高了稳定性,增加的绝缘层,提高了变压器在使用过程中的安全性。
