Abstract:
(EN) An imide-functional unit of Formula I, a copolymer thereof and their preparation methods, as well as their uses in a thin-film transistor. The imide-functional unit is an effective electron-deficient building block for constructing high-performance polymer semiconductors due to its solubilizing ability, extended π conjugation length, close π-π stacking, and appropriate electron-withdrawing ability and lower-lying FMOs versus the previously reported imide-functional units.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité à fonction imide de formule I, un copolymère de celui-ci et leurs procédés de préparation, ainsi que leurs utilisations dans un transistor en couches minces. L'unité à fonction imide est un bloc de construction efficace déficient en électrons pour la construction de semi-conducteurs polymères haute performance en raison de sa capacité de solubilisation, d'une longueur de conjugaison π étendue, l'empilement π-π proche, et d'une capacité de retrait d'électrons appropriée et ayant des FMO inférieures par rapport aux unités à fonction imide précédemment rapportées.
