Abstract:
(EN) A passivation agent for oil removal, rust removal and passivation, a steel and iron component, and a passivation treatment method therefor. The passivation agent for oil removal, rust removal and passivation, is used for surface pretreatment of steel and iron components, and based on 2000 parts by weight, comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts to 100 parts of phosphoric acid, 5 parts to 20 parts of phytic acid, 2 parts to 6 parts of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, 20 parts to 40 parts of zinc oxide, 5 parts to 30 parts of aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1 part to 5 parts of thiourea, 1 part to 5 parts of hexamethylene tetramine and the balance water. The passivation agent for oil removal, rust removal and passivation can remove oil stain and rust at the same time and can form a passivation layer, and the passivation layer has a dense structure and has firm adhesion; the passivation agent can form passivation on the surface of steel and iron, and the passivation layer has good anti-corrosion property.
