Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a phosphating agent for a magnesium alloy, a metal part and a surface phosphatization process therefor. The phosphating agent for the magnesium alloy is used for forming a film coating on a surface of a metal part and comprises the following components in parts by weight per 1000 parts by weight of the phosphating agent: 2-10 parts of potassium permanganate, 5-30 parts of zinc dihydrogen phosphate, 2-5 parts of ammonium hydrogen fluoride, 1-4 parts of ammonium metavanadate, 0.5-2 parts of manganese sulfate and the balance of water. The conversion coating formed by the above phosphating agent for the magnesium alloy is dense, uniform, firm and stable, has strong adhesion and can effectively prevent corrosion to a machine body caused by a corrosive medium such that the machine body can be adequately protected in a practical applied environment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agent de phosphatation pour un alliage de magnésium, une pièce métallique et un procédé de phosphatation de surface associé. L'agent de phosphatation pour l'alliage de magnésium est utilisé pour former un revêtement pelliculaire sur une surface d'une pièce métallique et comprend les composants suivants en parts en masse pour 1000 parts en masse de l'agent de phosphatation : 2 à 10 parts de permanganate de potassium, 5 à 30 parts de dihydrogénophosphate de zinc, 2 à 5 parts d’hydrogénofluorure d'ammonium, 1 à 4 parts de métavanadate d'ammonium, 0,5 à 2 parts de sulfate de manganèse et le reste d'eau. Le revêtement de conversion formé par l'agent de phosphatation ci-dessus pour l'alliage de magnésium est dense, uniforme, ferme et stable, présente une forte adhérence et peut empêcher efficacement la corrosion d'un corps de machine provoquée par un milieu corrosif de sorte que le corps de machine puisse être protégé de manière adéquate dans un environnement appliqué pratique.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种镁合金磷化剂、金属件及其表面磷化处理方法。镁合金磷化剂用于在金属件表面形成皮膜,以1000重量份计,其包括如下重量份数的成分:2-10份高锰酸钾,5-30份磷酸二氢锌,2-5份氟化氢铵,1-4份偏钒酸铵、0.5-2份硫酸锰和余量水。上述镁合金磷化剂形成的转化膜致密、均匀、牢固、稳定,附着力强,能有效地阻止腐蚀介质对机体的侵蚀,使其在实际应用的环境中得到充分的保护。
