(ZH) 无铬钝化剂、铝材及铝材表面钝化处理方法
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a chromium-free passivator, an aluminum product and a surface passivation process therefor. The chromium-free passivator is used for surface pretreatment of an aluminum product comprises the following components in parts by weight per 1000 parts by weight of the chromium-free passivator: 5-30 parts of cerium chloride, 2-10 parts of potassium ferrate, 1-5 parts of titanate coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of sodium fluoride and the balance of water. The film formed by the above chromium-free passivator has good anti-corrosion properties and strong adhesion with a coating and can be used conveniently as a coating primer, which can be impregnated or sprayed on an aluminum product. The passivator does not contain chromium ion and other heavy metal that will damage the environment, and therefore is an eco-friendly product complying with the EU RoHS directive.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agent de passivation sans chrome, un produit d'aluminium et un procédé de passivation de surface s'y rapportant. L'agent de passivation sans chrome est utilisé pour le prétraitement de surface d'un produit d'aluminium comprenant les constituants suivants en parties en poids, pour 1000 parties en poids de l'agent de passivation sans chrome : de 5 à 30 parties de chlorure de cérium, de 2 à 10 parties de ferrate de potassium, de 1 à 5 parties d'agent de couplage de titanate, de 0,1 à 0,5 partie de fluorure de sodium, le reste étant de l'eau. Le film formé par l'agent de passivation sans chrome ci-dessus possède des propriétés anti-corrosion satisfaisantes et une forte adhérence à un revêtement, et peut être utilisé de manière pratique en tant qu'amorce de revêtement, qui peut être imprégné ou pulvérisé sur un produit d'aluminium. L'agent de passivation ne contient pas d'ions chrome et d'autres métaux lourds qui nuisent à l'environnement, et est par conséquent un produit respectueux de l'environnement répondant à la directive RoHS de l'UE.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种无铬钝化剂、铝材及其表面钝化处理方法。无铬钝化剂用于铝材表面预处理,以1000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:5-30份氯化铈,2-10份的高铁酸钾,1-5份钛酸酯偶联剂,0.1-0.5份氟化钠和余量水。该无铬钝化剂形成的膜层耐蚀性好,和涂层的结合力强,可作为涂装处理底层,处理铝材时,可浸渍也可以喷淋,使用起来非常方便,该钝化剂不含损害环境的铬离子及其它重金属,是一种绿色环保产品,符合欧盟ROHS指令。
