Abstract:
(EN) A passivator and a surface passivation process for a metal-plated part. The passivator comprises, per 1000 parts by weight thereof, the following components in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of sodium molybdate, 0.5-3 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 2-10 parts of potassium nitrate, 1-5 parts of acetic acid and the balance of distilled water. The protective film formed by the above passivator provides strong passivation, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion capabilities to metal and plating, forms a transparent rigid protective film on the surface of the plating when dried, which is temperature-, salt- and corrosion-resistant and can be widely applied to a variety of metal-plated parts, and is particularly beneficial to passivation of a nickel-plated layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agent de passivation et un procédé de passivation de surface pour une pièce plaquée de métal. L'agent de passivation comprend, pour 1000 parts en masse de celui-ci, les composants suivants en parts en masse : 2 à 10 parts de molybdate de sodium, 0,5 à 3 parts de dihydrogénophosphate de potassium, 2 à 10 parts de nitrate de potassium, 1 à 5 parts d'acide acétique et le reste d'eau distillée. La pellicule protectrice formée par l'agent de passivation ci-dessus fournit de fortes capacités de passivation, d'anti-oxydation et d'anti-corrosion au métal et au placage, forme une pellicule protectrice rigide transparente sur la surface du placage lorsqu'elle est sèche, laquelle est résistante à la température, au sel et à la corrosion et peut être largement appliquée à une variété de parties métallisées, et est particulièrement avantageuse pour la passivation d'une couche plaquée de nickel.
