Abstract:
(DE) Verfahren zum Wärmetausch von in einem Fluid enthaltener Wärme, wobei als Fluid ein indirekt erwärmtes, Infrarotstrahlung emittierendes Gas verwendet wird, das über eine Zuleitung zum Wärmetauscher und in diesem durch einen Absorberraum hindurch geführt wird, und wobei im Absorberraum wenigstens eine zur Nutzung der Wärme des Gases dessen Infrarotstrahlung absorbierende Oberfläche vorgesehen wird, und wobei weiter der Massenstrom und die Temperatur des Gases derart eingestellt und die wenigstens eine für den Wärmetausch absorbierende Oberfläche derart ausgebildet wird, dass im Betrieb das Verhältnis ψ des durch sie fliessenden Wärmestroms durch Absorption gegenüber dem gesamten sie durchfliessenden Wärmestrom ≥ 0,6 ist. Dadurch lässt sich ein einfacher und kosten-günstiger Wärmetauscher realisieren.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for exchanging heat contained in a fluid. A gas which is heated indirectly and emits infrared radiation is used as the fluid, said fluid being guided to the heat exchanger via an inlet and through an absorber chamber in the heat exchanger, and at least one surface, which absorbs the infrared radiation of the gas in order to use the heat of the gas, is provided in the absorber chamber. The mass flow and the temperature of the gas are additionally adjusted and the at least one surface which is absorbent for the heat exchange is designed such that the ratio ψ of the heat flowing through the surface as a result of absorption to the total heat flowing through the surface is ≥ 0.6 during operation. Thus, a simpler and less expensive heat exchanger can be implemented.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'échange thermique de la chaleur contenue dans un fluide, le fluide utilisé étant un gaz à rayonnement infrarouge indirectement chauffé qui est amené jusqu'à l'échangeur thermique par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite, puis conduit dans celui-ci à travers un espace absorbeur. Dans cet espace absorbeur se trouve au moins une surface qui absorbe le rayonnement infrarouge du gaz pour utiliser la chaleur de ce gaz. Le débit massique et la température du gaz sont ensuite régulés tandis que la ou les surface(s) réalisant une action absorbante pour l'échange thermique est/sont conçue(s) de manière que, lors du fonctionnement, le rapport (ψ) entre le flux thermique traversant cette ou ces surface(s) sous l'effet de l'absorption et le flux thermique total la ou les traversant est ≥ 0,6. Il est ainsi possible de mettre en œuvre un échangeur thermique simple et peu onéreux.
