Abstract:
(EN) Devices for physically separating biological samples and methods for separating biological samples are disclosed. An example device may include a vessel for holding a biological sample. The biological sample may include a plurality of cells and a fluid. A filter membrane may be disposed within the vessel and positioned adjacent to an end region of the vessel. An auger member may be disposed within the vessel. The auger member may be designed to drive cells within the biological sample into contact with the filter membrane.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs de séparation physique d'échantillons biologiques et des procédés de séparation d'échantillons biologiques. Un exemple de dispositif peut comprendre un récipient destiné à contenir un échantillon biologique. L'échantillon biologique peut comprendre une pluralité de cellules et un fluide. Une membrane filtrante peut être disposée à l'intérieur du récipient et placée en position adjacente d'une région d'extrémité du récipient.
