Abstract:
(EN) A wearable electronic device comprising an electroencephalography (EEG) sensor for enabling access to a transit system. The device may also include a device transmitter configured to wirelessly transmit a request signal to a gate receiver. The device may further include a device processor configured to receive an EEG signal from the EEG sensor, analyze the EEG signal to determine that the transit user is attempting to enter the transit system through a particular gate, generate the request signal identifying the transit user and indicating that the transit user is attempting to enter the transit system through the particular gate, and wirelessly transmit, using the device transmitter, the request signal to the gate receiver. The EEG signal may be based at least in part on the transit user viewing a visual stimuli displayed by the particular gate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique portable comprenant un capteur d’électroencéphalographie (EEG) pour permettre l’accès à un système de transit. Le dispositif peut inclure également un émetteur de dispositif configuré pour émettre sans fil un signal de demande à un récepteur de porte. Le dispositif peut inclure en outre un processeur de dispositif configuré pour recevoir un signal d'EEG du capteur d'EEG, analyser le signal d'EEG pour déterminer que l’utilisateur en transit tente de pénétrer dans le système de transit par le biais d’une porte particulière, générer le signal de demande identifiant l’utilisateur en transit et indiquant que l’utilisateur en transit tente de pénétrer dans le système de transit par le biais de la porte particulière, et émettre sans fil, à l’aide de l’émetteur de dispositif, le signal de demande au récepteur de porte.
