Abstract:
(EN) A vehicle location tracking system comprises a plurality of transceivers, a coordinator, and a plurality of identification tags. The plurality of identification tags are coupled to a fleet of vehicles to be tracked. The transceivers measure the strength of a signal emitted by an identification tag coupled to a vehicle and communicate the measured signal strength to the coordinator. The indoor vehicle location tracking system estimates the location of the vehicle based on the measured signal strength.
(FR) L’invention concerne un système de suivi de position de véhicule qui comprend une pluralité d’émetteurs-récepteurs, un coordinateur, et une pluralité de marqueurs d’identification. La pluralité de marqueurs d’identification est couplée à une flotte de véhicules à suivre. Les émetteurs-récepteurs mesurent la force d’un signal émis par un marqueur d’identification couplé à un véhicule et communiquent la force de signal mesurée au coordinateur. Le système de suivi de position de véhicule en intérieur estime la position du véhicule sur la base de la force de signal mesurée.
