Abstract:
(EN) Methods and architectures for closed loop digital pre-distortion (DPD) in a multi-stream phased array communication system include sampling outputs, from transmit antennas or dedicated analog detectors, of a plurality of RF power amplifiers operating in transmission of multi-stream transmission, correcting or normalizing the detected outputs, summing the outputs into a combined DPD feedback signal and selecting pre-distortion vectors to be used in altering the output of the PAs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés et des architectures pour pré-distorsion numérique en boucle fermée (DPD) dans un système de communication en réseau à commande de phase à flux multiples. Lesdits procédés et lesdites architectures comprennent l'échantillonnage, de sorties qui proviennent d'antennes d'émission ou de détecteurs analogiques dédiés, d'une pluralité d'amplificateurs de puissance RF qui fonctionnent dans la transmission d'une transmission à flux multiples, la correction ou la normalisation des sorties détectées, la sommation des sorties en un signal de rétroaction DPD combiné et la sélection de vecteurs de pré-distorsion à utiliser pour modifier la sortie des PA.
