Abstract:
(EN) A Photovoltaic (PV) module design comprising a plurality of PV cells which are physically separated into smaller pieces and re-connected again is disclosed. The PV cell electrical characteristics are first measured and this information is used to pre-determine a desired surface area of the PV cell. The PV cell is then measured, analyzed and compensated for any defects and the boundary for the region of interest which consists of the desired surface area is then identified and the PV cell is then physically separated into at least one smaller piece. A PV module constructed using PV cells with predefined attributes and features independent segments with bypass circuit is also disclosed. The photovoltaic module design enables a wide range of voltage and current output options to suit different applications.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une conception de module photovoltaïque (PV) comprenant une pluralité de cellules PV qui sont physiquement séparées en morceaux plus petits et reconnectées à nouveau. Les caractéristiques électriques des cellules PV sont d'abord mesurées et ces informations sont utilisées pour pré-déterminer une zone de surface souhaitée de la cellule PV. La cellule PV est ensuite mesurée, analysée et compensée pour tous les défauts et la limite pour la région d'intérêt qui est constituée de la zone de surface souhaitée est ensuite identifiée et la cellule PV est ensuite physiquement séparée en au moins une pièce plus petite. L'invention concerne également un module PV construit à l'aide de cellules PV avec des attributs prédéfinis et des segments indépendants de caractéristiques avec un circuit de dérivation. La conception de module photovoltaïque permet une large gamme d'options de sortie de tension et de courant pour s'adapter à différentes applications.
