Abstract:
(EN) An aramid yarn having excellent adhesiveness with a polyurethane matrix resin according to the present invention is characterized in that a polyurethane resin is adhered and impregnated on the surface and inside the aramid yarn, and the content of the polyurethane resin is 1.5-7.0 wt% of the total weight, that is, the sum of the weight of the polyurethane resin adhered and impregnated on the surface and inside the aramid yarn and the weight of the aramid yarn prior to the adherence and impregnation of the polyurethane resin. The present invention is characterized in that, during a continuous process for producing aramid yarn, a sizing agent composed of a polyurethane resin organic solvent and water is adhered and impregnated on the surface and inside yarn while adjusting the content of the polyurethane resin adhered and impregnated on the surface and inside the aramid yarn to be within 1.5-7.0 wt% of the total weight, that is, the sum of the weight of the polyurethane resin adhered and impregnated on the surface and inside the aramid yarn and the weight of the aramid yarn prior to the adherence and impregnation of the polyurethane resin. In the present invention, a separate sizing agent adhering process may be omitted since the sizing agent can be adhered and impregnated in the aramid yarn during a spinning process for producing the aramid yarn. Moreover, an aramid fabric according to the present invention is loosely packed due to being woven in a basket weave structure, and thus has an improved wetting property with the polyurethane matrix resin impregnated into the aramid fabric. Consequently, the adhesiveness between the aramid fabric and the polyurethane matrix resin is enhanced. The present invention is useful as a refrigerator thermal insulation material, a vehicle component material, or an electronic component material and the like.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un fil d'aramide ayant une excellente adhérence à une résine de matrice polyuréthane, caractérisé en ce qu'une résine polyuréthane est collée et imprégnée sur la surface et à l'intérieur du fil d'aramide, et en ce que la teneur en résine polyuréthane est de 1,5 à 7,0 % en poids du poids total, c'est-à-dire de la somme du poids de la résine polyuréthane collée et imprégnée sur la surface et à l'intérieur du fil d'aramide et du poids du fil d'aramide avant adhérence et imprégnation de la résine polyuréthane. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que, pendant un procédé continu de production de fil d'aramide, un agent d'encollage composé d'un solvant organique pour résine polyuréthane et d'eau est collé et imprégné sur la surface et à l'intérieur du fil tout en ajustant la teneur en résine polyuréthane collée et imprégnée sur la surface et à l'intérieur du fil d'aramide pour qu'elle soit comprise entre 1,5 et 7,0 % en poids du poids total, c'est-à-dire de la somme du poids de la résine polyuréthane collée et imprégnée sur la surface et à l'intérieur du fil d'aramide et du poids du fil d'aramide avant adhérence et imprégnation de la résine polyuréthane. Dans la présente invention, un procédé d'adhérence d'agent d'encollage séparé peut être omis puisque l'agent d'encollage peut être collé et imprégné dans le fil d'aramide pendant le procédé de filage destiné à produire ledit fil d'aramide. De plus, un tissu d'aramide selon la présente invention est tassé de manière lâche pour avoir été tissé dans une structure de tissage de panier, et présente par conséquent une propriété de mouillage améliorée avec la résine de matrice polyuréthane imprégnée dans ledit tissu d'aramide. Par conséquent, l'adhérence entre le tissu d'aramide et la résine de matrice polyuréthane est améliorée. La présente invention est utile à titre de matériau d'isolation thermique de réfrigérateur, de matériau de composant de véhicule, ou de matériau de composant électronique et autres.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성이 우수한 아라미드 원사는 아라미드 원사의 표면 및 내부에 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되어 있고 상기 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량은 아라미드 원사의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 원사의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 1.5~7.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 아라미드 원사를 제조하는 연속공정 중에 폴리우레탄 수지 유기용매 및 물로 조성된 호제를 원사의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침시키면서 아라미드 원사의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량을 아라미드 원사의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 원사의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 1.5~7.0중량%로 조절해 주는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 아라미드 원사를 제조하는 방사공정 중에 아라미드 원사에 상기 호제를 부착 및 함침시킬 수 있기 때문에 별도의 호제 부착공정을 생략할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 아라미드 원단은 바스켓 조직으로 제직되어 치밀성이 낮기 때문에 아라미드 원단 내로 함침되는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 젖음성(Wetting property)이 좋아져 결과적으로는 아라미드 원단과 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지 간의 접착력을 향상시켜 준다. 본 발명은 냉장고 단열재 소재, 자동차 부품소재, 전자부품소재 등으로 유용하다.
