Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a primer set for specific discrimination of pathogenic bacteria and a use thereof. Being capable of rapidly and specifically detecting only Klebsiella pneumoniae in various bacteria populations of the family Enterobacteriaceae and only Acinetobacter baumannii in an Acinetobacter complex, a primer set developed in the present invention can be expected to have excellent detection specificity of pathogenic bacteria and temporally and economically benefic effects, compared to conventional detecting biomarkers and thus finds very useful application in the related industry.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'amorces pour la discrimination spécifique de bactéries pathogènes et son utilisation. Par sa capacité à détecter rapidement et spécifiquement uniquement Klebsiella pneumoniae dans diverses populations de bactéries de la famille des Enterobacteriaceae et uniquement Acinetobacter baumannii dans un complexe d'Acinetobacter, l'ensemble d'amorces développé dans la présente invention devrait avoir une excellente spécificité de détection des bactéries pathogènes et des effets benéfiques dans le temps et économiquement, comparativement à des biomarqueurs de détection classiques et devrait ainsi trouver une application très utile dans l'industrie apparentée.
(KO) 본 발명은 병원성 세균을 특이적으로 판별하기 위한 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 개발한 프라이머 세트는 엔테로박테리아과의 다양한 세균 군집에서 클렙시엘라 뉴모니애만을 신속하고 특이적으로 검출할 수 있고, 아시네토박터 복합체에서 아시네토박터 바우마니만을 신속하고 특이적으로 검출할 수 있어 기존의 검출용 바이오마커에 비해 병원성 세균의 우수한 검출 특이도 및 시간적, 경제적인 절감효과를 기대할 수 있어 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다.
