Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a microbubble-nanoparticle complex which can be simultaneously used as an ultrasound contrast agent, a photodynamic therapeutic agent, and a chemical drug therapeutic agent, and which can selectively transfer drugs and photosensitizers to specific cancer tissue through an ultrasound response; and to an anticancer therapeutic agent comprising the same. Since the complex of the present invention contains a gas for an ultrasound contrast agent and a photosensitizer substance inside the microbubbles, and nanoparticles bonded to the surfaces of the microbubbles contain a drug, the complex can be used simultaneously as an ultrasound contrast agent, a photodynamic therapeutic agent, and a chemical drug treatment agent. In addition, when an ultrasonic wave is irradiated, the complex of the present invention can provide an ultrasound image of a lesion tissue by using the gas filled in a microbubble core part, as well as break the microbubbles into smaller size micelles or liposomes to efficiently infiltrate and accumulate the drugs and the photosensitizers into the lesion tissue.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un complexe de microbulles-nanoparticules qui peut être utilisé simultanément comme agent de contraste ultrasonore, agent thérapeutique photodynamique, et agent thérapeutique de type médicament chimique, et qui peut sélectivement transférer des médicaments et des photosensibilisants à un tissu cancéreux spécifique par l'intermédiaire d'une réponse ultrasonore; et un agent thérapeutique anticancéreux le comprenant. Comme le complexe selon la présente invention contient un gaz pour agent de contraste ultrasonore et une substance photosensibilisante à l'intérieur des microbulles, et que les nanoparticules liées aux surfaces desdites microbulles contiennent un médicament, le complexe peut être utilisé simultanément comme agent de contraste ultrasonore, agent thérapeutique photodynamique, et agent thérapeutique de type médicament chimique. De plus, quand le complexe selon l'invention est exposé à une onde ultrasonore, il peut fournir une image ultrasonore d'un tissu lésé en utilisant le gaz remplissant la partie cœur des microbulles, et rompre les microbulles en micelles ou liposomes de plus petite taille pour infiltrer et accumuler efficacement les médicaments et les photosensibilisants dans le tissu lésé.
(KO) 본 발명은 초음파 조영제, 광역학 치료제 및 화학적 약물 치료제로 동시에 사용가능하고, 초음파 감응을 통해 특정 암 조직에 선택적으로 약물과 광감작제를 전달할 수 있는 마이크로버블-나노입자 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 항암 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복합체는 마이크로 버블 내부에 초음파 조영제용 가스와 광감작제 물질을 함유하고, 마이크로 버블 표면에 결합된 나노입자는 약물을 함유하고 있으므로 초음파 조영제, 광역학 치료제 및 화학적 약물 치료제로 동시에 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 복합체는 초음파가 조사되면 마이크로 버블 코어 부분에 충진된 가스를 이용하여 병변 조직에 대한 초음파 영상을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 마이크로 버블을 좀 더 작은 크기의 미셀이나 리포좀으로 파괴하여 약물과 광감작제를 병변 조직에 효율적으로 침투 및 축적시킬 수 있다.
