Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a simulation method for determining a building layout that maximises a floor area ratio using a computer, and according to a computer-based simulation method for determining a building layout for a certain project area, the simulation method comprises the steps of: (a) generating project area information in which a plurality of points having the same intervals therebetween are marked inside the project area; (b) selecting the plurality of points that have the shortest distance in a straight line from an arbitrary boundary point of the project area, the points forming a boundary line of the project area, and inputting boundary building drawing information indicating drawings for boundary buildings that are laid out on the selected plurality of points; and (c) after step (b), selecting any one point, that has the shortest distance in a straight line of the distances in a straight line from the boundary building drawings, from the plurality of points that are surrounded by the boundary building drawings, and inputting inner building drawing information indicating a drawing for an inner building that is laid out on the selected point.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de simulation utilisé pour déterminer une disposition de construction optimisant un coefficient d'occupation des sols à l'aide d'un ordinateur, et selon un procédé de simulation informatique utilisé pour déterminer une disposition de construction pour une certaine zone de projet, le procédé de simulation comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) générer des informations de zone de projet dans lesquelles une pluralité de points ayant les mêmes intervalles entre eux sont marqués à l'intérieur de la zone de projet ; (b) sélectionner la pluralité de points qui ont la distance la plus courte dans une ligne droite à partir d'un point de limite arbitraire de la zone de projet, les points formant une ligne de limite de la zone de projet, et entrer des informations de dessin de construction de limite indiquant des dessins pour des constructions de limite qui sont disposées sur la pluralité sélectionnée de points ; et (c) après l'étape (b), sélectionner un point quelconque, qui a la distance la plus courte dans une ligne droite des distances dans une ligne droite àpartir des dessins de construction de limite, parmi la pluralité de points qui sont entourés par les dessins de construction de limite, et entrer des informations de dessin de construction interne indiquant un dessin pour une construction interne qui est disposée sur le point sélectionné.
(KO) 본 발명은 용적률 극대화된 건축물 배치를 결정하기 위한 컴퓨터를 이용한 시뮬레이션 방법으로서, 소정의 사업영역에서 건축물 배치를 결정하기 위한 컴퓨터를 이용한 시뮬레이션 방법에 있어서, (a) 동일한 간격을 유지하는 다수의 지점이 사업영역 내부에 표시된 사업영역정보가 생성되는 단계; (b) 상기 사업영역의 경계선을 구성하는 임의의 사업영역 경계점과의 직선거리로 가장 가까운 상기 다수의 지점이 선택되고, 선택된 상기 다수의 지점에 배치되는 경계건축도면을 나타내는 경계건축도면정보가 입력되는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 (b) 단계 이후, 상기 경계건축도면으로 둘러싸인 상기 다수의 지점에서, 상기 경계건축도면과의 직선거리 중 직선거리가 가장 가까운 어느 하나의 지점이 선택되고, 선택된 어느 하나의 지점에 배치되는 내부건축도면을 나타내는 내부건축도면정보가 입력되는 단계를 포함하는 시뮬레이션 방법에 관한 것이다.
