Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detecting a left atrial appendage by using geometric information of a Z-axis image of a heart image. A method for detecting a left atrial appendage, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: detecting two structures close to a circle in a Z-axis image obtained from a three-dimensional image of a heart; detecting one structure having a specific brightness value in the obtained Z-axis image; detecting three structures having a predefined geometric positional relationship in the obtained Z-axis image; and detecting the left atrial appendage by comparing the structures detected in each of the detecting steps.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un appendice auriculaire gauche à l'aide d'informations géométriques d'une image d'axe Z d'une image cardiaque. Un procédé de détection d'un appendice auriculaire gauche, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : détecter deux structures proches d'un cercle dans une image d'axe Z obtenue à partir d'une image tridimensionnelle d'un coeur ; détecter une structure ayant une valeur de luminosité spécifique dans l'image d'axe Z obtenue ; détecter trois structures ayant une relation de position géométrique prédéfinie dans l'image d'axe Z obtenue ; et détecter l'appendice auriculaire gauche en comparant les structures détectées dans chacune des étapes de détection.
(KO) 본 발명은 심장 영상의 Z축 영상의 기하학적 정보를 이용한 좌심방이 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 좌심방이 검출 방법은, 심장의 3차원 영상으로부터 획득된 Z축 영상에서 원형에 가까운 구조물 2개를 검출하는 단계; 상기 획득된 Z축 영상에서 특정의 밝기값을 갖는 구조물 1개를 검출하는 단계;상기 획득된 Z축 영상에서 사전 정의된 기하학적 위치관계를 갖는 3개의 구조물을 검출하는 단계; 상기 각각의 검출하는 단계에서 검출된 구조물들을 비교하여 좌심방이를 검출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
