Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a hybrid control device for a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM), the device allowing a voltage regulation mode and a var control mode to be simultaneously applied to the STATCOM. The hybrid control device for a STATCOM comprises: a first arithmetic operation unit, which calculates the deviation between a reference voltage (Vref) to be controlled by the STATCOM and an output voltage (VT) to be outputted so as to output the same; a PI control unit, which performs PI control on the deviation outputted from the first arithmetic operation unit within a range of a new inductive reactive current maximum value (ILMAX-Iqset) obtained by subtracting a preset reactive current set value (Iqset) from a preset inductive reactive current maximum value (ILMAX) and a new capacitive reactive current maximum value (ICMAX-Iqset) obtained by subtracting the preset reactive current set value (Iqset) from a preset capacitive reactive current maximum value (ICMAX), so as to output a reactive current output value (Iq); and a second arithmetic operation unit, which adds the preset reactive current set value (Iqset) to the reactive power output value (Iq) outputted from the PI control unit so as to output a reactive power reference value (Iqref).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande hybride pour un compensateur synchrone statique (STATCOM), le dispositif permettant d'appliquer simultanément un mode de régulation de tension et un mode de commande var au STATCOM. Le dispositif de commande hybride pour STATCOM comprend : une première unité d'opération arithmétique, qui calcule l'écart entre une tension de référence (Vref) devant être commandée par le STATCOM et une tension de sortie (VT) devant être produite de manière à produire cette dernière ; une unité de commande PI, qui effectue une commande PI sur l'écart produit par la première unité d'opération arithmétique dans une plage d'une nouvelle valeur maximale de courant réactif inductif (ILMAX-Iqset) obtenue par soustraction d'une valeur de consigne de courant réactif prédéfinie (Iqset) à une valeur maximale de courant réactif inductif prédéfinie (ILMAX) et une nouvelle valeur maximale de courant réactif capacitif (ICMAX-Iqset) obtenue par soustraction de la valeur de consigne de courant réactif prédéfinie (Iqset) à une valeur maximale de courant réactif capacitif prédéfinie (ICMAX), de manière à produire une valeur de sortie de courant réactif (Iq) ; et une seconde unité d'opération arithmétique, qui ajoute la valeur de consigne de courant réactif prédéfinie (Iqset) à la valeur de sortie de puissance réactive (Iq) produite par l'unité de commande PI de manière à produire une valeur de référence de puissance réactive (Iqref).
(KO) STATCOM에서 전압조정모드와 무효전력 제어모드를 동시에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 STATCOM의 하이브리드 제어장치가 제공된다. 이러한 STATCOM의 하이브리드 제어장치는, STATCOM에서 제어하고자 하는 기준전압(Vref)과 출력되는 출력전압(VT) 간의 편차를 연산하여 출력하는 제1연산부와, 상기 제1연산부에서 출력되는 편차에 대하여 기설정된 유도성 무효전류 최대값(ILMAX)에서 기설정된 무효전류 설정값(Iqset)을 뺀 새로운 유도성 무효전류 최대값(ILMAX-Iqset)과 기설정된 용량성 무효전류 최대값(ICMAX)에서 상기 기설정된 무효전류 설정값(Iqset)을 뺀 새로운 용량성 무효전류 최대값(ICMAX-Iqset)의 범위 내에서 PI제어를 수행하여 무효전류 출력값(Iq)을 출력하는 출력하는 PI제어부와, 상기 PI제어부에서 출력되는 무효전력 출력값(Iq)에 상기 기설정된 무효전류 설정값(Iqset)를 합산하여 무효전력 기준값(Iqref)을 출력하는 제2연산부를 포함한다.
