Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional crystalline sweetener, and, more specifically, to a method for producing a crystalline sweetener for improving crystal yield and increasing particle size by controlling the content of impurities included in a solution for producing crystals, or the generation of the impurities.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un édulcorant cristallin fonctionnel, et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de production d'un édulcorant cristallin permettant d'améliorer le rendement en cristaux et d'augmenter la taille des particules en régulant la teneur en impuretés incluses dans une solution permettant de produire des cristaux, ou la génération des impuretés.
(KO) 본 발명은 결정형 기능성 감미료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 결정을 제조하기 위한 용액에 포함된 불순물 함량 또는 불순물의 생성을 제어함으로써 결정 수율을 높이고 입도 크기를 증가시키기 위한 결정형 감미료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
