Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a thermally curable material which comprises ingredients (A) to (C) and which, when examined with a rotational viscometer at a constant shear rate (JIS K7117-2:1999), has a viscosity of 5-200 Pa∙s at 25°C and 10 s-1 and has a viscosity of 0.3-50 Pa∙s at 25°C and a shear rate of 100 s-1. Ingredient (A) is a (meth)acrylate compound which includes an (un)substituted C6 or higher alicyclic hydrocarbon group bonded by ester linkage and which, when examined with a rotational viscometer at a constant shear rate, has a viscosity of 5-300 mPa∙s at 25°C. Ingredient (B) is spherical silica. Ingredient (C) is a black pigment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau thermodurcissable qui comprend les ingrédients (A) à (C) et qui, lorsqu'il est examiné avec un viscosimètre rotatif à une vitesse de cisaillement constante (norme JIS K7117-2:1999), présente une viscosité de 5-200 Pa∙s à 25°C et à 10 s-1 et présente une viscosité de 0,3-50 Pa∙s à 25°C et à une vitesse de cisaillement de 100 s-1. Le constituant (A) est un composé de type (méth)acrylate qui comprend un groupe hydrocarboné alicyclique (non) substitué en C6 ou supérieur, lié par une liaison ester et qui, lorsqu'il est examiné avec un viscosimètre rotatif à une vitesse de cisaillement constante, présente une viscosité de 5-300 mPa∙s à 25°C. L'ingrédient (B) est une silice sphérique. L'ingrédient (C) est un pigment noir.
(JA) 本発明は、下記成分(A)~(C)を含み、回転粘度計による定せん断速度での測定(JIS K7117-2:1999)において、25℃で10s-1での粘度が5Pa・s以上200Pa・s以下であり、同じく回転粘度計による定せん断速度での測定において25℃で100s-1のせん断速度における粘度が0.3Pa・s以上50Pa・s以下である熱硬化性材料を提供する。(A)回転粘度計による定せん断速度での測定において、25℃での粘度が5~300mPa・sである、置換又は無置換の、炭素数6以上の脂環式炭化水素基がエステル結合した(メタ)アクリレート化合物(B)球状シリカ(C)黒色顔料。
