Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method with which it is simple to determine the contraction or risk of contracting gingivitis, and which can be used in mass screening. The method entails measuring the abundance ratio or amount of marker bacteria with respect to the total bacteria count in a biosample taken from a subject, in order to determine the contraction or risk of contracting gingivitis. The marker bacteria is one or more bacteria selected from the group consisting of Arthrobacter bacteria, Oribacterium bacteria, Actinobacillus bacteria, Lautropia bacteria, Clostridium bacteria, SR1 bacteria and Synergistetes bacteria.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer simplement la contraction ou le risque de contracter la gingivite, et qui peut être utilisé dans le dépistage de masse. Le procédé consiste à mesurer le rapport d'abondance ou la quantité de bactéries marqueurs par rapport au comptage total de bactéries dans un échantillon biologique prélevé chez un sujet, afin de déterminer la contraction ou le risque de contracter la gingivite. Les bactéries marqueurs sont une ou plusieurs bactéries choisies dans le groupe constitué par les bactéries Arthrobacter, les bactéries Oribacterium, les bactéries Actinobacillus, les bactéries Lautropia, les bactéries Clostridium, les bactéries SR1 et les bactéries Synergistetes.
