Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To easily and inexpensively supply multiple types of elements as plant fertilizer while avoiding runoff caused by flowing water, even in acidic soils in regions which receive a lot of rainfall and regions where rivers often flood. [Solution] This steelmaking slag for use as a fertilizer starting material contains, in mass%, P2O5 in the amount or 2-8%, inclusive, MnO in the amount of 3-10%, inclusive, boron in the amount of at least 0.005% and less than 0.05%, total iron in the amount of at least 7% and less than 15%, CaO in the amount of 38-48%, inclusive, SiO2 in the amount of 22-30%, inclusive, sulfur in the amount of 0.1-0.6%, inclusive, MgO in the amount of 1-8%, inclusive, and Al2O3 in the amount of 0.5-3%, inclusive. The proportion of soluble P2O5 in the P2O5 is at least 50%, the proportion of soluble MnO in the MnO is at least 80%, the slag basicity is greater than 1.5 and no greater than 2.2, and the bulk specific gravity is 1.9-2.8, inclusive.
(FR) L'invention fournit aisément et à faible coût divers éléments chimiques servant d'engrais végétal ne présentant pas de ruissellement dû à un écoulement d'eau, y compris dans le cas de terres acides des régions aux précipitations importantes et des régions aux inondations importantes. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un laitier d'acier pour matière de départ d'engrais qui comprend, en % en masse, 2% ou plus à 8% ou moins de P, 3% ou plus à 10% ou moins de MnO, 0,005% ou plus à moins de 0,05% de bore, 0,005% ou plus à moins de 15% de fer total, 38% ou plus à 48% ou moins de CaO, 22% ou plus à 30% ou moins de SiO, 0,1% ou plus à 0,6% ou moins de soufre, 1% ou plus à 8% ou moins de MgO, et 0,5% ou plus à 3% ou moins de Al. La proportion de P soluble dans ledit P est supérieure ou égale à 50%. La proportion de MnO soluble dans ledit MnO est supérieure ou égale à 80%. La basicité de ce laitier dépasse 1,5 et est inférieure ou égale à 2,2, et son poids spécifique apparent est supérieur ou égal à 1,9 et inférieur ou égal à 2,8.
(JA) 【課題】降雨量が多い地域や河川の氾濫が多い地域の酸性の土壌であっても、水流による流亡なしに容易かつ低コストで、多種類の元素を植物の肥料として供給すること。 【解決手段】本発明に係る肥料原料用製鋼スラグは、質量%で、P:2%以上8%以下、MnO:3%以上10%以下、ホウ素:0.005%以上0.05%未満、全鉄:7%以上15%未満、CaO:38%以上48%以下、SiO:22%以上30%以下、硫黄:0.1%以上0.6%以下、MgO:1%以上8%以下、Al:0.5%以上3%以下を含有し、前記P中の可溶性Pの割合が、50%以上であり、前記MnO中のく溶性MnOの割合が、80%以上であり、スラグ塩基度が、1.5超過2.2以下であり、かさ比重が、1.9以上2.8以下である。
