Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a heating device with which an object to be heated can be efficiently heated and a uniform heat distribution can be obtained. The heating device of the present invention comprises: a positive temperature coefficient thermistor heating element (1) provided with an electrode layer; a first electrode terminal (11, 21); a second electrode terminal (12, 22); a holder (2) in which the positive temperature coefficient thermistor heating element (1) is contained; and a heat conducting sheet (3). The heat conducting sheet (3) includes graphite particles and a polymer compound. A long-axis direction of the graphite particles is substantially orthogonal to the plane of the positive temperature coefficient thermistor heating element (1). The positive temperature coefficient thermistor heating element (1) and the holder (2) are assembled in a state of being urged to apply pressure to the heat conducting sheet (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage avec lequel un objet à chauffer peut être chauffé de manière efficace et une distribution de chaleur uniforme peut être obtenue. Le dispositif de chauffage de la présente invention comprend : un élément chauffant à thermistance à coefficient de température positif (1) pourvu d'une couche d'électrode ; un premier terminal d'électrode (11, 21) ; une seconde borne d'électrode (12, 22) ; un support (2) dans lequel est contenu l'élément chauffant à thermistance à coefficient de température positif (1) ; et une feuille thermoconductrice (3). La feuille thermoconductrice (3) comprend des particules de graphite et un composé polymère. Une direction d'axe long des particules de graphite est sensiblement orthogonale au plan de l'élément chauffant à thermistance à coefficient de température positif (1). L'élément chauffant à thermistance à coefficient de température positif (1) et le support (2) sont assemblés dans un état d'application de pression à la feuille thermoconductrice (3).
