Abstract:
(EN) As a rust prevention member that has excellent corrosion resistance, while being provided with a coating film that contains Si, the present invention provides a rust prevention member which is provided with a base material, a zinc-based plating layer that is provided on the base material, and a chemical conversion coating film that contains Si and is provided on the zinc-based plating layer. This rust prevention member is characterized in that the chemical conversion coating film has an Si-rich region on the surface side, said Si-rich region having an atomic ratio of the Si content to the Zn content of 1 or more, while having a thickness of 100 nm or more.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un élément anti-rouille qui présente une excellente résistance à la corrosion, tout en étant pourvu d'un film de revêtement qui contient du Si. Ledit élément anti-rouille est pourvu d'un matériau de base, une couche de placage à base de zinc qui est disposée sur le matériau de base, et d'un film de revêtement de conversion chimique qui contient du Si et qui est disposé sur la couche de placage à base de zinc. Cet élément anti-rouille est caractérisé en ce que le film de revêtement de conversion chimique possède une région riche en Si sur le côté surface, ladite région riche en Si ayant un rapport atomique de la teneur en Si à la teneur en Zn supérieur ou égal à 1, tout en ayant une épaisseur supérieure ou égale à 100 nm.
(JA) Siを含有する皮膜を備え、耐食性に優れる防錆部材として、基材と、前記基材に設けられた亜鉛系めっき層と、前記亜鉛系めっき層に設けられSiを含有する化成皮膜とを備える防錆部材であって、前記化成皮膜は、Si含有量のZn含有量に対する原子比が1以上であるSiリッチ領域を表層側に100nm以上の厚さで有することを特徴とする防錆部材が提供される。
