Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a production method for glass panel units, whereby energy consumption during production can be suppressed and reduction in the degree of vacuum can be effectively suppressed. A first substrate (10) and a second substrate (20) are bonded via a sealing material (410) heated at a first temperature no more than 407°C. As a result, an internal space (510) is formed between the first substrate (10) and the second substrate (20). The internal space (510) has arranged therein a gas adsorbent (44) including a non-metallic getter material. In an activation step, the gas adsorbent (44) is locally heated so as to reach a second temperature higher than the first temperature.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'ensembles panneaux de verre, permettant de supprimer la consommation d'énergie pendant la production et de supprimer efficacement la réduction du degré de vide. Un premier substrat (10) et un second substrat (20) sont liés par l'intermédiaire d'un matériau d'étanchéité (410) chauffé à une première température ne dépassant pas 407 °C. En conséquence, un espace interne (510) est formé entre le premier substrat (10) et le second substrat (20). L'intérieur de l'espace interne (510) contient un adsorbant de gaz (44) comprenant un matériau getter non métallique. Lors d'une étape d'activation, l'adsorbant de gaz (44) est chauffé localement de façon à atteindre une seconde température supérieure à la première température.
(JA) 製造時の消費エネルギーを抑えることができ、かつ、真空度の低下を効果的に抑えることができるガラスパネルユニットの製造方法を提案する。第一基板(10)と第二基板(20)を、407℃以下の第一温度で加熱した封着材(410)を介して、接合する。これにより、第一基板(10)と第二基板(20)の間に内部空間(510)を形成する。内部空間(510)には、非金属ゲッター材を含むガス吸着体(44)が配置されている。活性化工程において、ガス吸着体(44)を、第一温度よりも高い第二温度に至るように、局所加熱する。
