Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a suspension system with which it is possible to reduce power consumption of a battery mounted in a vehicle. The suspension system comprises: adjustable-damping-force shock absorbers disposed between the vehicle wheels and the vehicle body, a functional fluid the behavior of which changes due to electrical or magnetic fields being enclosed in the adjustable-damping-force shock absorbers, and voltage or current being supplied from a power source, whereby damping force is adjusted; an actuator that switches the damping force of the adjustable-damping-force shock absorbers; a vehicle height detection unit that detects the vehicle height state of the vehicle; a main controller provided in the vehicle body, the main controller calculating the required damping force on the basis of the detection value from the vehicle height detection unit, and outputting a control signal; and a subcontroller mounted in each of the adjustable-damping-force shock absorbers, each of the subcontrollers responding to the control signal, whereby a control voltage or a control current is supplied to the actuator and the damping force of the adjustable-damping-force shock absorber is controlled. Each of the subcontrollers is connected to the main controller via a communication line that transmits the control signal. Each of adjustable-damping-force shock absorbers is separately connected to the power source via a power line separate from the communication line.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de suspension avec lequel il est possible de réduire la consommation d'énergie d'une batterie montée dans un véhicule. Le système de suspension comprend : des absorbeurs de chocs à force d'amortissement réglable disposés entre les roues du véhicule et la carrosserie du véhicule, un fluide fonctionnel dont le comportement change en raison de champs électriques ou magnétiques étant contenu dans les absorbeurs de chocs à force d'amortissement réglable, et la tension ou le courant étant fourni par une source d'alimentation, moyennant quoi la force d'amortissement est réglée; un actionneur qui commute la force d'amortissement des absorbeurs de chocs à force d'amortissement réglable; une unité de détection de hauteur du véhicule qui détecte l'état de hauteur du véhicule du véhicule; un contrôleur principal disposé dans la carrosserie du véhicule, le contrôleur principal calculant la force d'amortissement requise en se basant sur la valeur de détection provenant de l'unité de détection de hauteur du véhicule et délivrant en sortie un signal de commande; et un sous-contrôleur monté dans chacun des absorbeurs de choc à force d'amortissement réglable, chacun des sous-contrôleurs répondant au signal de commande, moyennant quoi une tension de commande ou un courant de commande est fourni à l'actionneur et la force d'amortissement de l'amortisseur de chocs à force d'amortissement réglable est commandée. Chacun des sous-contrôleurs est relié au contrôleur principal par le biais d'une ligne de communication qui transmet le signal de commande. Chacun des absorbeurs de chocs à force d'amortissement réglable est relié séparément à la source d'alimentation par le biais d'une ligne d'alimentation séparée de la ligne de communication.
