Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, a radio wave absorber 1 is provided with a substrate 10 and a radio wave absorption film 20 that is formed on the substrate 10. The radio wave absorption film 20 contains at least MTC-type ε-Fe2O3 and black titanium oxide. The MTC-type ε-Fe2O3 is a crystal that has the same space group as a ε-Fe2O3 crystal, while being represented by formula ε-MxTiyCoyFe2-2y-xO3 (wherein M represents at least one element selected from among Ga, In, Al and Rh; 0 < x < 1; and 0 < y < 1).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un absorbeur d'ondes radioélectriques (1) est pourvu d'un substrat (10) et d'un film d'absorption (20) d'ondes radioélectriques qui est formé sur le substrat (10). Le film d'absorption (20) d'ondes radioélectriques contient au moins du ε-Fe2O3 de type MTC et de l'oxyde de titane noir. Le ε-Fe2O3 de type MTC est un cristal qui a le même groupe spatial qu'un cristal ε-Fe2O3, tout en étant représenté par la formule ε-MxTiyCoyFe2-2y-xO3 (où M représente au moins un élément choisi parmi Ga, In, Al et Rh ; 0 < x < 1 ; et 0 < y < 1).
(JA) 電波吸収体1は、基材10と、基材10上に形成された電波吸収膜20と、を備える。電波吸収膜20は、MTC型ε-Feと、黒色酸化チタンとを少なくとも含む。MTC型ε-Feは、空間群がε-Fe結晶と同じであり、かつε-MTiCoFe2-2y-x(ただし、MはGa、In、Al、及びRhから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる元素であり、0<x<1、0<y<1)で表される結晶である。
