Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an alumina substrate comprising an alumina ceramic that has pores in a surface and contains at least 96% by mass of Al in the form of Al2O3 per 100% by mass of all constituent components of the alumina substrate. The area occupied by the pores is 1.5–6.0%, inclusive. The equivalent circle diameter of the pores has an average value D of 0.9-2.0μm, inclusive, and a standard deviation Dσ of no more than 1.0μm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat d'alumine comprenant une céramique d'alumine qui présente des pores dans une surface et qui contient au moins 96 % en masse d'Al sous la forme d'Al2O3 pour 100 % en masse de tous les constituants constitutifs du substrat d'alumine. L'aire occupée par les pores est de 1,5 à 6,0 %, valeurs extrêmes incluses. Le diamètre de cercle équivalent des pores présente une valeur moyenne D de 0,9 à 2,0 µm, valeurs extrêmes incluses et un écart-type Dσ ne dépassant pas 1,0 µm.
(JA) 本開示のアルミナ基板は、表面に気孔を有し、構成される全成分100質量%のうち、AlをAl23に換算した値で96質量%以上含有するアルミナ質セラミックスからなる。また、前記気孔の面積占有率は、1.5%以上6.0%以下である。また、前記気孔の円相当径の平均値Dは、0.9μm以上2.0μm以下である。そして、前記気孔の円相当径の標準偏差Dσは、1.0μm以下である。
