Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a photocatalyst application liquid which is for easily forming a photocatalyst layer that has excellent strength and exhibits sufficient photocatalytic activity, and a production method therefor; and a photocatalytic structure having a photocatalyst layer that has excellent strength and exhibits sufficient photocatalytic activity, and a production method therefor. This photocatalyst application liquid production method comprises: a step for mixing a hydrolysable silane compound represented by formula (1): Si(OR)4 (in the formula, each R represents an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms, wherein the four R's may be the same or different from each other), a monovalent alcohol having 1-4 carbon atoms, an acid, water, and fine particles of a photocatalytic material so as to prepare a mixture wherein the contained amount of the hydrolysable silane compound is at most 5 mass% in SiO2 equivalent, and the molar ratio (water/hydrolysable group) between the hydrolysable group in the hydrolysable silane compound and the water is at least 8, and the contained amount of the monovalent alcohol having 1-4 carbon atoms is 20-50 mass%; and a step for subjecting the hydrolysable silane compound in the mixture to hydrolysis or hydrolytic condensation using the acid as a catalyst.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir un liquide de revêtement photocatalytique destiné à former facilement une couche photocatalytique d'une excellente résistance et développant une activité photocatalytique suffisante, une structure photocatalytique possédant une couche photocatalytique d'une excellente résistance et développant une activité photocatalytique suffisante, et des procédés de fabrication de ce liquide de revêtement photocatalytique et de cette structure photocatalytique. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de liquide de revêtement photocatalytique qui inclut: une étape au cours de laquelle un composé silane hydrolysable représenté par la formule (1) Si(OR) (Dans la formule, R représentent des groupes alkyle de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, quatre R pouvant être identiques ou différents.), un alcool monovalent de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, un acide, une eau et des microparticules de matériau photocatalytique sont mélangés, et un mélange de teneur en composé silane hydrolysable inférieure ou égale à 5% en masse en termes de SiO, de rapport molaire (eau / groupe hydrolysable) entre ladite eau et un groupe hydrolysable dudit composé silane hydrolysable supérieur ou égal à 8, et de teneur en alcool monovalent de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone comprise entre 20 et 50% en masse, est préparé; et une étape au cours de laquelle une hydrolysation ou une hydrolysation et une condensation du composé silane hydrolysable contenu dans ledit mélange sont effectuées à l'aide dudit acide en tant que catalyseur.
