Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a quartz vial bottle (10) has: a body part (14) in which an article is contained; a bottom part (15) that closes the lower end of the body part (14); a cylindrical neck part (13) provided on the upper end of the body part (14); a cylindrical mouth part (11) provided above the neck part (13) and having a greater outer diameter than the neck part (13); and a tapered part (12) that connects the mouth part (11) and the neck part (13), wherein the outer circumferential surfaces of the tapered part (12) and the neck part (13) are formed by cutting out, and the body part (14) prepared separately is bonded to the neck part (13). Accordingly, multiple quartz vial bottles having predetermined shapes can be manufactured.
(FR) Ce procédé de fabrication d'un flacon bocal en quartz (10) comprend : une partie corps (14) dans laquelle un article est contenu; une partie inférieure (15) qui ferme l'extrémité inférieure de la partie de corps (14); une partie col (13) cylindrique disposée sur l'extrémité supérieure de la partie corps (14); une partie d'embouchure cylindrique (11) disposée au-dessus de la partie col (13) et ayant un diamètre externe supérieur à celui de la partie col (13); et une partie effilée (12) qui relie la partie d'embouchure (11) et la partie col (13), les surfaces circonférentielles externes de la partie effilée (12) et de la partie col (13) étant formées par découpe, et la partie corps (14) préparée séparément étant liée à la partie col (13). En conséquence, de multiples flacons bocaux en quartz ayant des formes prédéterminées peuvent être fabriquées.
(JA) 物品が収容される胴部(14)と、胴部(14)の下端を閉鎖する底部(15)と、胴部(14)の上端に設けられた円筒状の頸部(13)と、頸部(13)の上方に設けられ頸部(13)よりも外径の大きい円筒状の口部(11)と、口部(11)と頸部(13)の間を繋ぐテーパー部(12)と、を有する石英バイアル瓶(10)を製造する方法において、テーパー部(12)及び頸部(13)の外周面を削り出しによって形成し、その頸部(13)に、別途作製した胴部(14)を接合する。これにより、所定形状を有する石英バイアル瓶を多数製造することが可能となる。
