Abstract:
(EN) This disclosure relates to a solid-state imaging device which makes it possible to provide a phase difference pixel with a lower degree of manufacturing difficulty, and electronic equipment. Provided is a solid-state imaging device equipped with a pixel array unit in which a plurality of pixels are arranged two-dimensionally, wherein the pixel array unit has an arrangement pattern in which pixel groups each comprising neighboring pixels of the same color are arranged regularly, and pixels constituting a light-blocked pixel group that is a pixel group comprising pixels in which part of light on an incidence side thereof is blocked, among a plurality of pixel groups arranged in the arrangement pattern, have light blocked on the same side. This technology is applicable, for example, to a CMOS image sensor having a pixel for phase difference detection.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie à semi-conducteur permettant de fournir un pixel à différence de phase avec une fabrication simplifiée, et un équipement électronique. L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs équipé d'une unité de réseau de pixels dans laquelle une pluralité de pixels sont agencés de manière bidimensionnelle, l'unité de réseau de pixels ayant un motif d'agencement dans lequel des groupes de pixels comprenant chacun des pixels voisins de la même couleur sont disposés régulièrement, et des pixels constituant un groupe de pixels à blocage de lumière qui est un groupe de pixels comprenant des pixels dans lesquels une partie de la lumière sur un côté d'incidence de celui-ci est bloquée, parmi une pluralité de groupes de pixels agencés dans le motif d'agencement, ont une lumière bloquée sur le même côté. La présente technologie est applicable, par exemple, à un capteur d'image CMOS doté d'un pixel pour la détection d'une différence de phase.
