Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a liquid-containing container, wherein a blow mold (10) has a reversed panel forming portion (12) in which a protruding surface (12a) can be formed, and a manufacturing apparatus (1A) has a pressing portion (13), the manufacturing method comprising: a liquid blow molding step for supplying a pressurized liquid (L) to the inside of a preform (2) disposed in a cavity (14), with the protruding surface protruding toward the inside of the cavity (14) being formed in the reversed panel forming portion (12), and then molding the preform (2) into a container (C) having a reversed panel (Cc); and a head space forming step for forming a head space (HS) by reversing the reversed panel (Cc) by pressing the container (C) with the pressing portion (13) and thereafter releasing the pressing of the pressing portion (13) to increase the volume of the container (C).
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode de fabrication d'un récipient contenant un liquide, dans laquelle un moule de soufflage (10) a une partie de formation de panneau inversé (12) dans laquelle une surface en saillie (12a) peut être formée, et un appareil de fabrication (1A) a une partie de pression (13), la méthode de fabrication comprenant : une étape de moulage par soufflage de liquide pour fournir un liquide sous pression (L) à l'intérieur d'une préforme (2) disposée dans une cavité (14), la surface en saillie faisant saillie vers l'intérieur de la cavité (14) étant formée dans la partie de formation de panneau inversé (12), puis mouler la préforme (2) dans un récipient (C) ayant un panneau inversé (Cc) ; et une étape de formation d'espace de tête pour former un espace de tête (HS) en inversant le panneau inversé (Cc) en pressant le récipient (C) avec la partie de pression (13) puis en relâchant la pression de la partie de pression (13) pour augmenter le volume du récipient (C).
