Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a pulse wave measuring device capable of measuring a pulse wave of appropriate amplitude. The pulse wave measuring device has a piezoelectric sensor facing a pulse wave measuring region, and a pressing part. When the left wrist of a subject is pressed by the pressing part, the artery upstream of the pressed section expands, and a pulse wave of the expanded artery is transmitted to the piezoelectric sensor. The amplitude of the pulse wave is greater than that of a pulse wave transmitted from the radial artery that is not expanding.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure d’onde de pouls capable de mesurer une onde de pouls d’amplitude appropriée. Le dispositif de mesure d'onde de pouls a un capteur piézoélectrique faisant face à une région de mesure d'onde de pouls, et une partie de pression. Lorsque le poignet gauche d'un sujet est pressé par la partie de pression, l'artère en amont de la section pressée se dilate, et une onde de pouls de l'artère dilatée est transmise au capteur piézoélectrique. L'amplitude de l'onde de pouls est supérieure à celle d'une onde de pouls transmise à partir de l'artère radiale qui n'est pas extensible.
(JA) 適正な振幅の脈波を測定することを可能にする。 脈波測定部位に対向して並べられた圧電センサと、押圧部を有する。被測定者の左手首に対し、押圧部による押圧が行われると、その押圧箇所よりも上流側の動脈が膨張し、この膨張した動脈からの脈波が圧電センサに伝達される。この脈波の振幅は、膨張しない橈骨動脈から伝達される脈波の振幅よりも大きなものとなる。
