Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structural steel material: with which it is possible to reduce painting frequency even when used in an atmospheric corrosive environment, especially when used in a severe corrosive environment in which there is a large amount of airborne salt, such as at sea, in the vicinity of a coast, etc.; and that exhibits good primary rust resistance, superior paint corrosion resistance, and superior lamellar tear resistance when being employed in a large complex structure such as a bridge. The structural steel material of the present invention has a predetermined composition and has a degree of Sn segregation that is set to 20 or less.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un matériau d'acier structural, avec lequel il est possible de réduire la fréquence de peinture même lorsqu'il est utilisé dans un environnement atmosphérique corrosif, en particulier lorsqu'il est utilisé dans un environnement corrosif sévère dans lequel il y a une grande quantité de sel en suspension dans l'air, par exemple en mer, au voisinage d'une côte, etc. ; et qui présente une bonne résistance à la rouille primaire, une résistance supérieure à la corrosion de peinture et une résistance supérieure à l'arrachement lamellaire lorsqu'il est employé dans une structure complexe de grande taille telle qu'un pont. Le matériau d'acier structural selon la présente invention a une composition prédéfinie et a un degré de ségrégation de Sn qui est réglé pour être inférieur ou égal à 20.
(JA) 本発明は、大気腐食環境下、特には飛来塩分量の多い海上や海岸近傍などの厳しい腐食環境下で使用する場合にも塗装頻度を低減することが可能であり、かつ、一次防錆性も良好である、優れた塗装耐食性と、橋梁などの大型で複雑な構造物に用いる場合の優れた耐ラメラテア性とを有する、構造用鋼材を提供することを目的とする。本発明の構造用鋼材は、所定の成分組成を有し、かつSn偏析度を20以下としたものである。
