Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a decorative molded article with uniform brightness on the rugged surface and with suppressed whitening. Provided is a decorative molded article including, on an adherend, a protection layer having a rugged surface, the decorative molded article satisfying the following condition 1-1. <Condition 1-1> A sample A, in which a black plate is laminated on the surface on the adherend side via a transparent adhesive layer, is prepared. Visible light inclined at 10 degrees from the normal direction of the sample A is incident on the rugged surface, and the luminous reflectance is measured every 0.2 degrees within the range of a standard angle ± 5.0 degrees, the standard angle being defined as the regular reflection direction of incident light. When the luminous reflectance at the standard angle - 5.0 degrees is taken as Y-5.0, and the luminous reflectance at the standard angle - 4.8 degrees is taken as Y-4.8, the value represented by [(Y-4.8 - Y-5.0)/((Y-4.8 + Y-5.0)/2)] × 100 is set as the change rate of the luminous reflectance at the standard angle - 5.0 degrees. When the change rates of the luminous reflectance at all the measurement angles are calculated, and then an approximation straight line is created by a least-square method using the measurement angle as the x-axis and the change rate as the y-axis, the slope of the approximation straight line is -2.00 to -0.90.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un article moulé décoratif présentant une luminosité uniforme sur la surface rugueuse et dont le blanchissement est supprimé. L'invention concerne un article moulé décoratif comprenant, sur une partie adhérée, une couche de protection ayant une surface rugueuse, l'article moulé décoratif satisfaisant à la condition suivante (1-1). Selon la <condition 1-1>, un échantillon A, dans lequel une plaque noire est stratifiée sur la surface sur le côté partie adhérée par l'intermédiaire d'une couche adhésive transparente, est préparé. Une lumière visible inclinée de 10 degrés par rapport à la direction normale de l'échantillon A est incidente sur la surface rugueuse, et la réflectance lumineuse est mesurée tous les 0,2 degrés dans la plage d'un angle standard ± 5,0 degrés, l'angle standard étant défini comme la direction de réflexion régulière de la lumière incidente. Lorsque l'on considère que la réflectance lumineuse à l'angle standard -5,0 degrés est Y-5,0, et que la réflectance lumineuse à l'angle standard -4,8 degrés est Y-4,8, la valeur représentée par [(Y-4,8 - Y-5,0)/((Y-4,8 + Y-5,0)/2)] × 100 est définie comme le taux de variation de la réflectance lumineuse à l'angle standard -5,0 degrés. Lorsque les vitesses de variation de la réflectance lumineuse à tous les angles de mesure sont calculées, puis qu’une ligne droite d'approximation est créée par une méthode des moindres carrés, à l'aide de l'angle de mesure comme axe x et du taux de variation comme axe y, la pente de la ligne droite d'approximation est comprise entre -2,00 et -0,90.
(JA) 凹凸面の輝度を均一にするとともに、白化を抑制した加飾成形品を提供する。 被着体上に、凹凸表面を有する保護層を備えた加飾成形品であって、下記条件1-1を満たす加飾成形品。 <条件1-1> 前記被着体側の面に、透明粘着剤層を介して黒色板を貼り合わせたサンプルAを作製する。前記サンプルAの法線方向から10度傾いた可視光線を前記凹凸表面に入射し、入射光の正反射方向を基準角度として、前記基準角度を中心とした±5.0度の範囲において、0.2度ごとに視感反射率を測定する。前記基準角度に対して-5.0度の視感反射率をY-5.0、-4.8度の視感反射率をY-4.8とした際に、[(Y-4.8-Y-5.0)/((Y-4.8+Y-5.0)/2)]×100で示される値を、-5.0度における視感反射率の変化率とする。全測定角度における視感反射率の変化率を算出し、測定角度をx軸、変化率をy軸として最小自乗法により近似直線を作成した際に、該近似直線の傾きが-2.00以上-0.90以下。
