The present invention addresses the problem of achieving a radio communication device wherein a function of avoiding radio frequency interference with a radar device can be achieved while preventing a radio communication function from entering a standby state or an interrupted state. The radio communication device of the present embodiment is equipped with a controller for achieving an information acquisition function and a control function. The controller acquires information pertaining to a function of avoiding radio frequency interference with a radar device and is set on the basis of the location and frequency band of the radar device. The controller determines, by using the information acquired by the information acquisition means and location information of the host device, a use frequency that excludes a frequency band in which radio interference with the radar device may occur, as a frequency to be used for radio communication.

La présente invention aborde le problème de réalisation d'un dispositif de communication radio dans lequel une fonction d'évitement d'interférences de radiofréquences avec un dispositif radar peut être obtenue tout en empêchant une fonction de communication radio d'entrer dans un état de veille ou un état interrompu. Le dispositif de communication radio du présent mode de réalisation est équipé d'un dispositif de commande permettant de réaliser une fonction d'acquisition d'informations et une fonction de commande. Le dispositif de commande acquiert des informations concernant une fonction d'évitement d'interférences de radiofréquences avec un dispositif radar et est configuré en fonction de l'emplacement et de la bande de fréquences du dispositif radar. Le dispositif de commande détermine, en utilisant des informations acquises par le moyen d'acquisition d'informations et des informations d'emplacement du dispositif hôte, une fréquence d'utilisation qui exclut une bande de fréquences dans laquelle une interférence radio avec le dispositif radar peut se produire, comme étant une fréquence à utiliser pour la communication radio.

レーダ装置との電波干渉の回避機能を実現できると共に、無線通信機能の待機状態または中断状態を防止できる無線通信装置を実現するという課題がある。本実施形態の無線通信装置は、情報取得機能と制御機能を実現するコントローラを具備する。前記コントローラは、レーダ装置との電波干渉の回避機能に関する情報であって、前記レーダ装置の位置及び周波数帯に基づいて設定された前記情報を取得する。前記コントローラは、無線通信に使用する周波数として、前記情報取得手段により取得された情報及び自装置の位置情報を使用して、前記レーダ装置との電波干渉が発生する可能性がある周波数帯を除き、使用周波数を決定する。
