Abstract:
(EN) A propeller shaft (1) that is a power transmission shaft has: a shaft member (2) that comprises an iron-based metal and is formed as a cylindrical body; and a balance weight (3) that is welded to the outer circumferential surface of the shaft member (2) and comprises an iron-based metal. In addition, in the propeller shaft (1), at least a part of the balance weight (3) is coated with a sacrificial metal coat (4) that comprises a sacrificial anticorrosion material that contains a metal having a greater ionization tendency than a metal that constitutes the shaft member (2). Accordingly, it is possible to inhibit local progress of corrosion in the surrounding area of the balance weight (3) and improve durability of the propeller shaft (1).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un arbre d'hélice (1) qui est un arbre de transmission de puissance et qui comprend : un élément arbre (2) qui comprend un métal à base de fer et se présente sous la forme d'un corps cylindrique ; et un poids d'équilibre (3) qui est soudé à la surface circonférentielle externe de l'élément arbre (2) et comprend un métal à base de fer. De plus, dans l'arbre d'hélice (1), au moins une partie du poids d'équilibrage (3) est revêtue d'un revêtement métallique sacrificiel (4) qui comprend un matériau anticorrosion sacrificiel qui contient un métal ayant une plus grande tendance à l'ionisation qu'un métal qui constitue l'élément arbre (2). Par conséquent, il est possible d'empêcher la progression locale de la corrosion dans la zone environnante du poids d'équilibrage (3) et d'améliorer la durabilité de l'arbre d'hélice (1).
(JA) 動力伝達軸であるプロペラシャフト(1)は、鉄系金属からなる筒体としての軸部材(2)と、この軸部材(2)の外周面に溶接される鉄系金属からなるバランスウエイト(3)と、を有する。そして、このプロペラシャフト(1)では、バランスウエイト(3)の少なくとも一部が、軸部材(2)を構成する金属よりもイオン化傾向の大きい金属を含有する犠牲防食材からなる犠牲金属被膜(4)によって被覆されている。これにより、バランスウエイト(3)の周域における腐食の局部的な進行を抑制し、プロペラシャフト(1)の耐久性を向上させることができる。
