Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a power control apparatus capable of achieving efficient power utilization in a plurality of power storage devices that receives/transmits power. [Solution] Provided is a power control apparatus provided with: a determination unit which determines the power supply state of a plurality of power storage devices that mutually interchange power; and a control data updating unit which, on the basis of the determination by the determination unit that a predetermined condition is satisfied, forcibly provides control data to each of the power storage devices.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un appareil de commande de puissance pouvant obtenir une utilisation efficace de l’énergie dans plusieurs dispositifs de stockage d'énergie qui reçoivent/émettent de l'énergie. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un appareil de commande de puissance comprenant : une unité de détermination qui détermine l'état d'alimentation électrique de plusieurs dispositifs de stockage d'énergie qui échangent mutuellement de l'énergie ; et une unité de mise à jour de données de commande qui, sur la base de la détermination par l'unité de détermination qu'une condition prédéfinie est satisfaite, fournit de force des données de commande à chacun des dispositifs de stockage d'énergie.
