Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a decorative glass panel having a three-dimensional metal design and a manufacturing method for the decorative glass panel, wherein the method exhibits enhanced productivity. [Solution] A decorative glass panel 10 is provided with: a glass substrate 15; an adhesive layer 11 formed on the glass substrate 15; a non-uniform pattern layer 12 formed on the adhesive layer 11; and a vapor-deposited metal layer 13 formed on the non-uniform pattern layer 12. In the glass substrate 15, a section that is a portion of a back surface of the glass substrate 15 and that is bent from a flat surface section 30 to an upright section 31 forms a curved surface 32. The non-uniform pattern layer 12 has, in a surface facing the vapor-deposited metal layer 13, which is a top surface thereof, a non-uniform pattern formed by depressions 40 and protrusions 41. The decorative glass panel 10 is employed, for example, in a housing of a portable terminal.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un panneau de verre décoratif possédant une conception métallique tridimensionnelle et un procédé de fabrication du panneau de verre décoratif, le procédé offrant une productivité améliorée. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un panneau de verre décoratif (10) qui comprend : un substrat de verre (15) ; une couche adhésive (11) formée sur le substrat de verre (15) ; une couche de motif non uniforme (12) formée sur la couche adhésive (11) ; et une couche métallique déposée en phase vapeur (13) formée sur la couche de motif non uniforme (12). Dans le substrat de verre (15), une section qui est une partie d'une surface arrière du substrat de verre (15) et qui est courbée d'une section de surface plate (30) vers une section verticale (31) forme une surface incurvée (32). La couche de motif non uniforme (12) possède, dans une surface faisant face à la couche métallique déposée en phase vapeur (13), qui est une surface supérieure de cette dernière, un motif non uniforme formé par des dépressions (40) et des saillies (41). Le panneau de verre décoratif (10) est utilisé, par exemple, dans un boîtier d'un terminal portatif.
