Abstract:
(EN) A bypass air volume control device (10) is provided with a throttle body (12) having a bypass passage (16) for bypassing a throttle valve of an internal combustion engine, and a valve element (24) for opening and closing the bypass passage (16). The valve element (24) comprises a first tapered section (37) that decreases in diameter towards the front, and a second tapered section (38) that is linked to the first tapered section (37) and is of a smaller taper angle (T2) than a taper angle (T1) of the first tapered section (37). A valve seat (21) against/from which the valve element (24) rests/separates is formed in the bypass passage (16). The valve seat (21) has an abutting section (41) that abuts against the first tapered section (37) in a fully-closed position of the valve element (24). A boundary section (39) between the first tapered section (37) and the second tapered section (38) is disposed so as to be adjacent to the abutting section (41) in the fully-closed position of the valve element (24).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande (10) de volume d'air de dérivation comprenant un corps d'étranglement (12) ayant un passage de dérivation (16) destiné à contourner une soupape d'étranglement d'un moteur à combustion interne, et un élément soupape (24) destiné à ouvrir et fermer le passage de dérivation (16). L'élément soupape (24) comporte une première section conique (37) dont le diamètre diminue vers l'avant, et une seconde section conique (38) qui est reliée à la première section conique (37) et dont l'angle de conicité (T2) est plus petit qu'un angle de conicité (T1) de la première section conique (37). Un siège de soupape (21) contre/depuis lequel l'élément soupape (24) repose/se sépare est formé dans le passage de dérivation (16). Le siège de soupape (21) a une section de butée (41) qui vient en butée contre la première section conique (37) dans une position complètement fermée de l'élément soupape (24). Une section limite (39) entre la première section conique (37) et la seconde section conique (38) est disposée de manière à être adjacente à la section de butée (41) dans la position complètement fermée de l'élément soupape (24).
(JA) バイパス空気量制御装置(10)は、内燃機関のスロットルバルブを迂回するバイパス通路(16)を有するスロットルボディ(12)と、バイパス通路(16)を開閉するバルブ体(24)とを備えている。バルブ体(24)は、先方に向って縮径する第1テーパー部(37)と、第1テーパー部(37)に連設されかつ第1テーパー部(37)のテーパー角(T1)よりも小さいテーパー角(T2)の第2テーパー部(38)とを有している。バイパス通路(16)には、バルブ体(24)が着座及び離座するバルブシート(21)が形成されている。バルブシート(21)は、バルブ体(24)の全閉位置において第1テーパー部(37)と当接する当接部(41)を有している。第1テーパー部(37)と第2テーパー部(38)との境界部(39)が、バルブ体(24)の全閉位置において当接部(41)に対して近接して配置される構造になっている。
