Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a phase difference film capable of minimizing a change in a phase difference value under high temperature and high humidity environment. A manufacturing method according to the present invention is used to produce a phase difference film with an in-plane retardation that satisfies the relationship of Re(450) < Re(550). The manufacturing method includes a heat treatment step of heating a stretched film for two minutes or longer at a temperature of 105°C or higher, the stretched film exhibiting a shrinkage of 0.4% or less along the slow axis in the TMA of heating which repeats the cycle of heating and cooling the stretched film between 30°C and Tg - 25°C three times or the stretched film exhibiting a shrinkage of 0.7% or less along the slow axis in the TMA of humidification which changes the environment in order of 25°C/25%RH, 85°C/2%RH, 85°C/85%RH, and 85°C/2%RH.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film à différence de phase capable de minimiser la modification d'une valeur de différence de phase dans un environnement à haute température et humidité élevée. Un procédé de fabrication selon la présente invention est utilisé pour produire un film à différence de phase présentant un retard dans le plan qui satisfait la relation Re(450) < Re(550). Le procédé de fabrication comprend une étape de traitement thermique consistant à chauffer un film étiré pendant au moins deux minutes à une température d'au moins 105 °C, le film étiré présentant un rétrécissement de 0,4 % ou moins le long de l'axe lent dans l'ATM de chauffage qui répète le cycle de chauffage et de refroidissement du film étiré entre 30 °C et Tg - 25 °C trois fois ou le film étiré présentant un rétrécissement de 0,7 % ou moins le long de l'axe lent dans l'ATM d'humidification qui modifie l'environnement dans l'ordre de 25 °C/25 % RH, 85 °C/2 % RH, 85 °C/85 % RH, et 85 °C/2 % RH.
(JA) 高温高湿環境下での位相差値の変化を抑制し得る位相差フィルムを提供する。本発明の製造方法は、面内位相差がRe(450)<Re(550)の関係を満たす位相差フィルムを得る製造方法であって、30℃からTg-25℃まで昇温して再度30℃に冷却することを3サイクル繰り返す加熱TMA試験において遅相軸方向の収縮率が0.4%以下であるか、または、25℃/25%RH、85℃/2%RH、85℃/85%RH、85℃/2%RHの順に環境を変化させる加湿TMA試験において遅相軸方向の収縮率が0.7%以下である延伸フィルムを、105℃以上の温度で2分間以上加熱する加熱処理工程を含む。
