Abstract:
(EN) A base surface for a plurality of wires has steps in a second region, the steps including a plurality of upper surfaces with mutually different heights arranged side by side in a second direction and risers that rise from each of the plurality of upper surfaces except the uppermost surface. Each of the plurality of upper surfaces except the uppermost surface and the risers have a projection that projects in each direction normal to the upper surface and the riser between adjacent wires. The risers make up a first internal angle section immediately below the wires, and a second internal angle section at the tip end of the projection in a direction normal to the riser. There is a first interval between adjacent wires. The first internal angle section has a first height. The second internal angle section has a second height and a second width in a first direction. The second width is less than the first interval and/or the second height is less than the first height.
(FR) Selon l'invention, une surface de base pour une pluralité de fils comporte des paliers dans une deuxième région, les paliers comportant une pluralité de surfaces supérieures ayant des hauteurs mutuellement différentes disposées côte à côte dans une deuxième direction et des contre-paliers qui s'élèvent à partir de chaque surface de la pluralité de surfaces supérieures à l'exception de la surface la plus haute. Chaque surface de la pluralité de surfaces supérieures exceptée la surface la plus haute et les contre-paliers comportent une saillie qui dépasse dans chaque direction normale à la surface supérieure et au contre-palier entre des fils adjacents. Les contre-paliers constituent une première section d'angle interne immédiatement sous les fils, et une deuxième section d'angle interne au bout de la saillie dans une direction normale au contre-palier. Il y a un premier intervalle entre des fils adjacents. La première section d'angle interne a une première hauteur. La deuxième section d'angle interne a une deuxième hauteur et une deuxième largeur dans une première direction. La deuxième largeur est inférieure au premier intervalle et/ou la deuxième hauteur est inférieure à la première hauteur.
