Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a glass composition which can be produced using an ordinary glass production apparatus without using large quantities of rare earth raw materials, which has a high Young's modulus and a large crack resistance load, and which is suitable for use as glass fibers and the like. This glass composition contains 50-65% of SiO2, 7.5-26% of Al2O3, 15-30% of MgO, 0-8% of CaO, 0-3% of B2O3, 0-3% of Li2O and 0-0.2% of Na2O in terms of mol%, with the total content of MgO and CaO being 18-35 mol% and the value of Al2O3/(MgO+CaO) being less than 1.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de verre qui peut être produite à l'aide d'un appareil de production de verre ordinaire sans utiliser de grandes quantités de matières premières de terres rares, qui a un module d'Young élevé et une importante charge de résistance à la fissuration, et qui est appropriée pour une utilisation en tant que fibres de verre et analogues. Ladite composition de verre contient 50 à 65 % de SiO2, 7,5 à 26 % d'Al2O3, 15 à 30 % de MgO, 0 à 8 % de CaO, 0 à 3 % de B2O3, 0 à 3 % de Li2O et 0 à 0,2 % de Na2O en termes de % molaire, la teneur totale en MgO et CaO étant de 18 à 35 % molaire et la valeur de Al2O3/(MgO+CaO) étant inférieure à 1.
(JA) 本発明は、多量の希土類原料を必要とせず、汎用のガラス製造装置で製造できて、ヤング率と共に耐クラック荷重が大きい、ガラス繊維等に適したガラス組成物を提供する。本発明によるガラス組成物は、モル%で表示して、SiO2:50~65%、Al23:7.5~26%、MgO:15~30%、CaO:0~8%、B23:0~3%、Li2O:0~3%、Na2O:0~0.2%を含み、MgOとCaOとの含有率の合計が18~35モル%、Al23/(MgO+CaO)の値が1未満である。
